x99o Terms & Conditions

To register and use x99o, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. x99o does not permit players under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any gaming or betting activity on the platform, regardless of the applicable legal minimum gambling age in any jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or nominee of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in any jurisdiction where online gaming or sports betting is explicitly prohibited by law at the time of your use of the platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close associate of x99o, or an employee of any game provider, payment partner, or technology supplier to x99o where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.

When registering an account with x99o, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of the following change:

• Your registered mobile number (used as your primary login identifier and for withdrawal verification).
• Your date of birth or any identity document details submitted during verification.
• Your preferred withdrawal wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account number).
• Any information that x99o requires to meet its anti-money laundering or know-your-customer (KYC) obligations.

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on x99o at any given time. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or using different identities or mobile numbers, is strictly prohibited. Where x99o identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts associated with the same individual will be suspended immediately. Any bonuses claimed or winnings generated through a duplicate account may be forfeited in their entirety. Players who believe their account has been incorrectly flagged as a duplicate should contact x99o support at [email protected] with supporting documentation.

x99o accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the player's own name:

• bKash — minimum deposit ৳100, instant credit to x99o balance.
• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳100, instant credit to x99o balance.
• Rocket and Upay — minimum deposit ৳100. x99o reserves the right to adjust supported payment methods and minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.

Withdrawals of verified funds (excluding uncleared bonus amounts subject to active wagering requirements) may be requested at any time via the account dashboard. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same wallet used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. x99o may request that withdrawals be directed to a wallet matching the player's verified identity.
• x99o targets withdrawal processing within minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may extend during periods of high volume, scheduled maintenance, or where additional verification is required.
• x99o does not charge platform-side withdrawal fees on standard withdrawal amounts. Third-party fees levied by the receiving wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) are outside x99o's control and are the player's responsibility.

x99o offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only. A player who closes and re-registers an account is not eligible for a welcome bonus on the new account.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings generated from them can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only, not the combined deposit-plus-bonus total, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are credited at a fixed value per spin as stated in the promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are subject to the wagering requirement applicable to that promotion before withdrawal.
• x99o reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-period, wagering progress already accrued will be honoured on a pro-rata basis unless fraud or abuse is suspected.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting markets and casino game sessions conducted through x99o:

• Bets placed and confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player after confirmation, except where x99o's specific in-play cash-out feature is available and the player elects to use it before the event concludes.
• In the event of a technical error, network interruption, or server malfunction during a game session or live bet, x99o will use reasonable efforts to reconstruct the session state and resolve the outcome fairly. Where reconstruction is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet, per market, and per game type. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. x99o reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the relevant third-party game provider. x99o does not control, influence, or have advance knowledge of individual game outcomes.

For sports betting markets, the specific rules governing each sport, market type, and settlement method are published within the x99o betting interface. Cricket betting markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures are subject to the cricket-specific rules published therein. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that market. Live in-play markets may be suspended at any time at x99o's discretion, including during periods of high sporting activity or where the integrity of a market is in question.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on x99o. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, identity verification, or any subsequent interaction with x99o.
• Using the platform to launder funds, process proceeds of crime, or circumvent any anti-money laundering control whether or not such activity constitutes a criminal offence in your jurisdiction.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software not expressly authorised by x99o to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown system error are not payable and will be voided.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing x99o staff or other platform users through any communication channel including live chat, email, or social media.

x99o is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity. Players may access the following tools at any time via their account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit limits. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase requires a cooling-off period of 24 hours before it takes effect.
• Session time reminders: players may configure alerts that trigger after a specified duration of continuous platform use, reminding them to take a break.
• Time-out: players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, the account cannot be used to deposit, wager, or withdraw. A time-out cannot be reversed before its expiry date.
• Self-exclusion: players who feel that their gaming is no longer within their control may request permanent self-exclusion. A self-exclusion request is irrevocable for a minimum period of six months. x99o will use reasonable efforts to prevent a self-excluded player from opening a new account during the exclusion period.

x99o reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms or any applicable promotion-specific terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal activity associated with the account.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe specified by x99o following a verification request.

Players may request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting x99o support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in the account after deduction of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations will be paid out to the player's registered withdrawal wallet within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts closed at a player's request may not be reopened for a period of 30 days following closure. Where a player requests closure for responsible gaming reasons, x99o will treat the closure as a self-exclusion request and apply the protections set out in Clause 7.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x99o's liability to any player arising from or in connection with the use of the platform shall be limited as follows:

• x99o shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, whether or not x99o has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• x99o's total aggregate liability to a player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• x99o provides the platform on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. x99o does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access the platform at their own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate security measures on their own devices.
